Vietnam has a long history of cultural interchange over several climate zones, and this has clearly influenced its cuisine. Food tastes vary significantly from north to south.
On this half-day cooking experience you’ll learn how to prepare some of the country’s most popular dishes, with an emphasis on the favorites of Ho Chi Minh City.
You’ll be picked up at your hotel by a car arranged for you by the cooking class. Before the class begins you’ll head to a nearby market, with the cook/instructor or an assistant, to select fresh ingredients for the dishes you’ll prepare later in the morning.
After you have finished preparing a variety of dishes during your cooking class you’ll enjoy lunch that includes some of the food that you have just made.
You’ll be transferred back to your hotel in the early afternoon.
