How to Vietnam Visa on Arrival at international airports

Instead of applying through the embassies of Vietnam, all you need to do is, to complete the online form with 3 simple steps.

1. SUBMIT VIETNAMESE APPLICATION FORM.

After the payment was made, it takes 1-2 business days to process. Once your application approved, the link to download your e-Visa will be e-mailed to you
You can proceed with online application.Take 5 minutes to fill & complete the form online with minimum required information:
  • Full name – The same as in passport
  • Date of birth
  • Nationality
  • Passport number
  • Date of arrival
  • Type of Visa
After this, you can make payment by Mastercard or Visa credit/debit card. Only charge for successful application. 100% risk-free.

2. GET APPROVED LETTER VIA EMAIL.

After the payment was made, it takes 1-2 business days to process. You will get the visa approved letter send via email (attached files with Vietnamese visa application form NA1). After that you will need to:
  • Print out the letter and the form
  • Fill out the Vietnamese visa application form
  • Prepare 2 passport-sized photos 4x6cm and cash for stamping fee
  • Passport number
  • Date of arrival
  • Type of Visa
Put all above mentioned things along with your passport in a package then show them to Immigration officer at Vietnam arrival airports.

3. GET VISA STAMP UPON ARRIVAL AIRPORT.

Upon arrival at landing visa counter (VOA) airport of Vietnam, present the following:
  • Your passport, Visa approval letter (print out in any color accepted)
  • 2 Passport-sized photos
  • Vietnamese visa application form (NA1), and Stamping fee
to the Immigration Officer to get visa stamped onto your passport.

Noted: Before leave the counter, please double check the yellow visa and stamped to be matches with your passport details.
